This cuvette needs a minimum of 100µL. The internal chamber height is 15mm with 2mm slit width, so even at 100µL the light path is fully filled. For smaller samples (down to 20µL), see our 20µL variant.
Yes. The four-way optical windows and JGS1 fused silica construction make it ideal for fluorescence assays including PicoGreen, RiboGreen, Hoechst 33258 DNA quantification, and Bradford/BCA protein assays. For UV absorbance at 260nm/280nm, the JGS1 material provides >83% transmittance with low autofluorescence.
