Open the cart, review items and quantities, then proceed to checkout.
Pay by PayPal (USD). Your payment is processed on PayPal's secure servers — we never see your card details.
We pack and dispatch your order, then send you the tracking number by email.
We accept PayPal and quote-based bank transfer (T/T) for bulk or OEM orders. All prices on the site are in US dollars (US$). If you need a proforma invoice (PI), a different currency, or a custom payment link, email sales@scuvette.com.
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS and EMS. Typical delivery times: 3–7 business days to North America & Europe, 5–10 business days to other regions. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — the exact threshold is shown at checkout based on your destination.
Products are classified under HS code 7017.10 (laboratory glassware of fused quartz). Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility: UK 0% duty / 20% VAT; EU 3% duty / 19–21% VAT. See the full bilingual explanation on our Shipping & Returns page.
If an item arrives damaged or does not match its specification, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will repair, replace or refund it. Optical quartz cuvettes are precision instruments — please inspect the optical windows on arrival before use.
Once dispatched, we email you the carrier and tracking number. To check the status of an existing order, visit Order History or email us your order ID and we'll reply within 1 business day.
