🧼 Cleaning & Maintenance

Quartz cuvettes require careful handling to maintain optical clarity:

  • Rinse with distilled water immediately after use.
  • For organic residues, soak in ethanol or acetone for 10 minutes, then rinse.
  • Avoid abrasive materials — use soft lint-free wipes only.
  • Do not use strong alkaline solutions (pH > 12) which etch quartz surfaces.
  • Store in a clean, dry container away from dust.
